If you need your MA gun license, this is the class to take! Our Mass state police approved basic firearms safety course will walk you through the process of obtaining your gun license. Learn about Massachusetts gun laws, safe gun handling, the loading and unloading procedure of pistols, clearing semi-auto pistol malfunctions and more! Students will perform various hands-on classroom exercises and participate in live fire (Required for residents of certain towns). Students will shoot a semi-auto pistol chambered in 9mm at the end of class. Most companies offering the course don't include live fire or require you to schedule live fire on a separate day. Get the full experience with us, take our highly rated course and become qualified to apply for your gun license! Note: You must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder to receive your license.

  • To reschedule or cancel your class you can email us at contact@urbanfirearmsociety.com or text us at 617-817-1050
  • 95% refund - Cancel on the same day that you booked the class, if the booking was made more than 24 hours before the registered class date/time.
  • 75% refund - Cancel on the same day that you booked the class when the booking was made less than 24 hours before the class date/time, or cancel more than 48 hours in advance of your registered class date.
  • 50% refund - Cancel less than 48 hours before your registered class date.
  • No refund - Students who do not show up to class without prior notice will not be refunded and will have to pay the full amount to attend another class.
  • You may reschedule your class date without penalty up to 24 hours before your registered class date. Rescheduling less than 24 hours from the time of your registered class will require a $25/person fee.
  • If the instructor has to cancel the class for any reason, students will have the option to either reschedule for free or be fully refunded.
